Spiritual Leadership School Structure

Spiritual Leadership School is a two-year, intensive discipleship and leadership program designed to equip believers to hear God, walk in intimacy with Him, and lead in every sphere of life. We believe that spiritual leadership begins with leading yourself well. You will learn how to lead others into encounters with Him from the overflow of your daily encounters with God. During your time at Mercy Culture Spiritual Leadership School, you will engage with the Holy Spirit through encounters, teaching, impartation, activation, equipping, and service.

Curriculum

At SLS, students are immersed in a core curriculum designed to deepen spiritual discipline, strengthen understanding of doctrine and theology, and develop practical leadership skills. Every course is centered on cultivating intimacy with God and equipping spiritual leaders for influence in every sphere of culture. In addition, select courses are accredited and count toward Faith International University (FIU) credit, giving students both spiritual formation and academic advancement.

Credits & Programs

Dual Enrollment – Spiritual Leadership School (SLS) has partnered with Faith International University (FIU) to allow students to earn fully accredited degrees—Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate—while being developed as Spiritual Leaders. Through this partnership, your SLS coursework counts toward your degree, integrating spiritual formation and academic excellence.

While the program itself is non-accredited, graduates receive a Certificate of Completion from SLS, and select courses are eligible for credit with Faith International University (FIU).

Spiritual Leadership School is a discipleship program designed to equip everyday believers to lead with spiritual authority in every sphere of influence. Through intentional training in hearing God, cultivating intimacy with Him, and applying biblical leadership principles, students are developed to impact families, workplaces, churches, and communities. SLS not only forms disciples but also equips them to disciple and lead others, multiplying Kingdom influence wherever God has called them.
