What does Care Do?

  1. Provide one-on-one private ministry sessions.

  4. Help single mothers and widows with light maintenance work.

Is Care Assistance available to everyone?

Care/assistance listed above is available to members only who have completed membership process through MC Connect.

Please note:
To be considered for financial assistance/benevolence one must be a member for at least 3 months after completing membership process through MC Connect.

Our care ministry team are NOT professional counselors; they are lay ministers trained to do biblical counseling.

Please note:

  • As per our policy, only men meet with men, women with women, and couples with couples for private ministry sessions.

Yes. A parent or a guardian could fill the ministry request form to request pastoral care for their minor children, and our MC Kids or MC Student care team will reach out.
Yes. Pre-marriage counseling is offered only to those who have been members for at least 6 months. Both partners are required to be Mercy Culture members and fill out separate request forms. Pre-marriage counseling request must be submitted at least 6 months before the wedding date.

Benevolence is dedicated to assisting with EMERGENCY need only that includes housing/living emergencies, medical emergencies, sudden job loss. All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis that can take up to three weeks to fulfill.

Opportunity to serve with Care is through recommendation and invitation only. If you are interested in serving with Care, then you must be serving elsewhere already. Ask your department lead/serve team lead to submit a recommendation for you to serve with Care at care.fortworth@spiritualleadershipschool.com, and our Care team will contact you with more details.
